Phase Description

COCOMAR VISTAS in one of the major ocean view developments. Proudly hundred percent Costa Rican investment, with forty three hectares (107 acres), which includes on it's phase one the conclusion of fifteen lots full ocean view with all the infrastructure, water, electric and paved road.

Phase one: Exclusively for residential living, this gated community consists of 1.5 acre lots (5000 square meters). Each lot is titled separately, and has fresh water and electric connections, as well as paved and private access road, following all INVU regulations, regarding land developing. You are able to build on 15% (750 square meters, 6750 feet square) of your property. Any landscaping, pool or gazebo is not considered in this 15% so you may add any of these details to your construction and add on to the value of your property.

This project has been carefully planed and developed under an environmentally friendly philosophy to preserve our flora and fauna, to keep harmony with nature and of coarse enjoy the spectacular view of gulf of Papagayo.

Phase Two: Twenty valley views have been chosen to house common areas such as a club house, walking trails and parks, reforestation areas, a seasonal creek and artificial lake. An area designated for a hotel and restaurants as well as a commercial center is left towards the public road.
